Daisy Jones & The Six

By: Taylor Jenkins Reid

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Daisy Jones and The SixFor a while, Daisy Jones & The Six were everywhere. Their albums were on every turntable, they sold out arenas from coast to coast, their sound defined an era. And then, on 12 July 1979, they split. Nobody ever knew why. Until now. They were lovers and friends and brothers and rivals. They couldn’t believe their luck, until it ran out. This is their story of the early days and the wild nights, but everyone remembers the truth differently. The only thing they all know for sure is that from the moment Daisy Jones walked barefoot onstage at the Whisky, their lives were irrevocably changed. Making music is never just about the music. And sometimes it can be hard to tell where the sound stops and the feelings begin.

Review

Omg I can’t believe this year has been an amazing reading journey! All my ratings are between 4 and 5! Daisy Jones & The Six is definitely a 5 stars for me! I literally couldn’t put the book down! If I didn’t have work I would of finished it in one day.

Taylor Jenkins Reid did it again! Her amazing story telling, her imagination and her writing style is just so so amazing! I love the story from the start to the end. The story felt so real, it felt like I was living the same world with this band. As soon as I started reading it, it was like reality turned off and I was in this book living the same life with the band. There is nothing bad I can say about this book at all.

Every single characters were all created and described so well that for one moment I thought they were all real people! Daisy Jones sort of annoyed me at some parts in this book but I still love her and the rest of the characters in this amazing book.

Conclusion

Well well… I LOVE IT SO SO MUCH! I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone out there to read this book! You would not regret it! I can’t wait to read more books by Taylor Jenkins Reid, she is just beyond amazing.
