In this third book in the Lunar Chronicles, Cinder and Captain Thorne are fugitives on the run, now with Scarlet and Wolf in tow. Together, they’re plotting to overthrow Queen Levana and her army.
Their best hope lies with Cress, a girl imprisoned on a satellite since childhood who’s only ever had her netscreens as company. All that screen time has made Cress an excellent hacker. Unfortunately, she’s just received orders from Levana to track down Cinder and her handsome accomplice.
When a daring rescue of Cress goes awry, the group is separated. Cress finally has her freedom, but it comes at a higher price. Meanwhile, Queen Levana will let nothing prevent her marriage to Emperor Kai. Cress, Scarlet, and Cinder may not have signed up to save the world, but they may be the only hope the world has.
What can I say about Cress 🤔 well I freaking love it! Cress is a retelling of Rapunzel and the author is just so amazing and her imaginations is beyond incredible!.
I wasn’t worried that I might not like this book at all, I felt completely the opposite! I knew I was going to love it. There was no part in this book that I felt bored at all! So much thing was happening to all the characters and a lot of information to take in but it made all sense. This book keeps surprising me from the start until the end which made me feel so much love for this series.
Of course the characters are amazing! There were new characters introduce in this book and they are also amazing too. I find Cress so adorable! She’s so innocent, kindhearted and seems to see good in people which made me love her so much. Romance between the characters in this book are progressing it making me feel so excited. 🥰
I’m pretty sure it’s so obvious that I love this book so much! I so highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys this type of genre. I know there’s a lot of people who don’t enjoy sci-fi novels but this book is so much more than that! I was never a fun of sci-fi but I am so glad I pick this series up!
I’ve also already read Winter hopefully the review for that would be up soon.
